  <p>Information: Mrs. Lucie Miller Starkey, 83, of Ripley, died Monday in Care Inn Nursing Home, Ripley, after a long illness.  She attended Ripley Tabernacle Church.  Surviving:  son, Harold J. Miller of Dunbar; daughters, Mrs. Charles Winter of Cottageville, Mrs. Mike Barnhouse of Ripley; brothers, William Curry of Ripley, John Curry of Cottageville, Charles Curry of Racine, Ohio; sisters, Mrs. Jean Marshall of Spencer, Mrs. Betty Knighstep of Dunbar, Mrs. Ruth Street of St. Marys; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.  Service will be at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) in Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Orland Reynolds officiating.  Burial will be in Jackson Memorial Gardens.</p>
