  <p>Information: John Joseph Stark, 88, of Ravenswood, passed away September 1, 2014 at Ravenswood.  He was born June 21, 1926, Alum Bridge WV, the son of William C. Stark and Bridge H. Sweeney Stark.  He was a garage owner and mechanic.  John graduated from Lewis County Schools and entered the U.S. Navy, serving in the Seabees in World War II.  After the war, he was a shovel operator for Sam G. Poliono.  He married Eleanor Jean McGee on October 27, 1950; they moved to Ravenswood in 1966. He retired from Kaiser Aluminum in Ravenswood as a Millwright, and was owner of his own garage for many years.           Survivors include his wife, Eleanor Jean McGee Stark, Ravenswood; children, Paul Michael and William P. Stark; grandchildren, Jason Michael and fiancee, Michelle, Jennifer Brook Camarillo and husband Cristian; great-grandchildren, Tristan, Mikey and Oliver; sisters, Regina Quesenberry, Morgantown WV, and Ernestine Gissy, Parkersburg WV.  He was preceded in death by a brother, Bernard Stark; sisters, Mary Murray and Irene Bode; and daughter-in-law, Jeri Lynn Stark.  Services will be (today) Thursday, September 4, 2014, 11:00 a.m. at St. Matthew Catholic Church, Ravenswood WV with Father Penumaka Manikalarao.  Burial will follow in Ravenswood Cemetery.  Friends visited the family at Roush Funeral Home, Ravenswood WV, on Wednesday, September 3, 2014, from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m.  Condolences may be expressed to the family by email at roush94@yahoo.com or on www.facebook.com/roushfuneralhome.</p>
