  <p>Information: Mrs. Tennie A. Starcher, 90, of Ripley, died Tuesday at her home following a brief illness.  Born in Jackson County, she was a daughter of the late G. R. and Margaret Hoggsett Casto.  She was a member of the Ripley OES and the Pleasant Hill Methodist Church.  Survivors include three sons, Rudolph, Clyde and Dr. E. H. Starcher, all of Ripley; and one sister, Blanche Casto of Ripley; and three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.  The funeral service will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at the Methodist Church.  Rev. Basil H. Hensley will officiate and burial with Vail&#39;s in charge will be in the Otterbein Cemetery.  The Starcher family lived on Parchment, but moved to Ripley after World War I and have lived here since.</p>
