  <p>Information: Mrs. Mary Lorraine Starcher, 67, of Sissonville, died March 20, 1989, at home after a long illness.  She was a member of Emma Chapel Methodist Church.  She was a lifelong resident of Sissonville.  She was an employee of the State Department of Employment Security.  She was a graduate of Charleston School of Commerce and attended Morris Harvey College.  Surviving:  husband, Oliver Woodrow Starcher; daughter, Nancy Carol Starcher of Charleston; son, Joseph R. of South Charleston; sister, Reba Lexene Grant of Sissonville; brothers, Camden Edward Grant and Lowell Ward Grant, both of Sissonville.  Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Emma Chapel Methodist Church, Sissonville, with the Rev. Edward Lee Grant and the Rev. Ray Fink officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Long & Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico.</p>
