  <p>Information: Johnny Cleveland Starcher, 59, of Ravenswood, passed away at his home April 3, 2015.  Johnny was born April 14, 1955 at Charleston, a son of the late Darrell and Addie Painter Starcher.  He worked in construction as a concrete finisher and was known for his quality work.  He was a member of the Laborers Union Local 1353.  He loved the outdorrs and especially loved to hunt, fish, and go camping.  He is survived by his wife, Barbara Gandee Starcher; his son, John Cleveland Starcher II; grandson, John Colton Starcher; stepson, Josh Rhodes; brothers, Gilbert, Danny and Chuck Starcher; sisters, Jean Miller, Sue Greenhill and Nancy Parker.  In addition to his parents, he  was preceded in death by brothers, Gary Dorsel, Darrell Junior, Ivan, Denzil, Donald, and Troy Starcher; and a sister, Janet Casto.  Funeral service will be 4 pm (today) Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, with Elmer Miller officiating.  Burial will follow in the Williams Cemetery, Long Hollow Rd.  Friends will be received from 2 until 4 pm (today) Tuesday, at the funeral home.  Memories and condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.waybrightfuneralhome.com.</p>
