Information: Mrs. W. H. Starcher died at 6 o'clock this morning of tuberculosis, aged 56 years, 3 months and 13 days.  She was the youngest daughter of the late George Stewart and had been married 26 years the 16th day of October last.  She was a devoted wife and mother and it is due to her tender care that the aged and afflicted husband survives her, a model of industry and an active member of the Baptist church.  Two children, Mr. Oren Starcher and Miss Inez Starcher, with the husband survive.  Interment at 3 o'clock to-morrow afternoon in the old grave-yard
