  <p>Information: Dixie Gail (Clendenin) Starcher, age 62, of Ripley, WV, died October 25, 2000, in Dunbar, WV following a long illness.  She was born November 5, 1937, Kenna WV, daughter of the late Joe and Yula Staats Clendenin.  She was a housewife, a graduate of Ripley High School Class of 1956 and attended the Ripley Tabernacle Church.  She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Donald Dale Starcher; two sons, Donnie Starcher of Charleston, SC and Rick Starcher of St. Albans WV; daughter Tammy Lanham of Dunbar WV; one brother, Robert Clendenin of Milton WV; four sisters, Glendora McVay of El Paso, Texas, Lenora Perry, Charleston WV, Betty Clendenin, Ripley WV and Judy Hudson, Cottageville WV; 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, James and Albert Dale Clendenin.  Funeral service will be Saturday, October 28, 2000, 11:00 a.m. at  Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Siers officiating.  Burial at Moss Chapel Cemetery, Jim Ridge, Jackson County.</p>
