  <p>Information: Mrs. Addie E. Starcher, 79, of Given, died May 31, 1991, in Memorial Division, after a short illness.  She was a homemaker.  Surviving:  sons, Dinzell of Cottageville, Troy, Danny and Gilbert, all of Columbus, Ohio, Donald of Liberty, Chuck of Millwood, John of Ripley; daughters, Jean Miller of Cottageville, Janet Casto of Given, Sue Greenhill and Nancy Parker, both of Columbus; brother, Ohio Painter of Nitro; sisters, Pearl Casto of Given, Avalee Mangus of Cross Lanes, 30 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.  Service was Sunday at Emma Chapel, Liberty.  Burial was in Emma Chapel Cemetery.  Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley was in charge of arrangements.</p>
