  <p>Information: MIDLAND, PA. - Donna Jean Stanley of Midland, PA, passed away Friday, May 26, 2006 at Friendship Ridge Nursing Home following an extended illness  She was born in Beaver Falls, PA, the daughter of the late Jonathan and Dorothy Wolfe McGaffic.  She was a homemaker.  Survivors include her sons, William Stanley of Moundsville, David Stanley and wife Donna of Ravenswood, Steven Stanley and wife Tabatha of Ravenswood; daughters, Robin Hughes and husband, William of Ravenswood, Sondra Dunn of Ripley; sisters, Pamela Salser and Sharon Miller, both of Ravenswood, Patricia Balser of Pennsylvania; brothers, Kenny McGaffic of Pennsylvania, and Russell and David McGaffic, both of Virginia.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Otis ""Spike"" Stanley; sister, Carol Pratt; and grandson, Zachary Stanley. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2006, at Vail Funeral Home in Ripley with Pastor Clyde Syner officiating.  Burial will be in Independence Cemetery.  Freinds may call from 1-3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.</p>
