Information: Dora Elva Stalnaker, 57, of Gay, died Saturday, Aug. 8, 1987, at her residence after an extended illness.  She was the daughter of the late Henry and Jenny Greenleaf Price.  She was a housewife and attended the Mount Carmel Church.  She is survived by her husband, Gilbert Stalnaker; three sons, Keith and Kermit Stalnaker, both of Gay, Kenneth Stalnaker of St. Albans; one daughter, Naomi Asbury of Detroit, Mich.; two brothers, Howard Price of Ripley, Foley Price of Statts Mill; four sisters, Minnie Winters of Gay, Dolly Landis and Sylvia Westfall, both of Kenna, Freda Good of Statts Mill; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.  Services were Tuesday at the Parsons Funeral Home Chapel, Ripley, with the Rev. John Ellison officiating.  Burial was in Alpine Cemetery, Gay.
