Information:   Funeral services were held at the Chambers Funeral Home at Ravenswood for Mrs. Rae W. Stallings, 82, of Belleville, who died yesterday in Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.   The Rev. G. W. Prine and the Rev. Elwood Fleming officiated with burial in Ravenswood Cemetery.   Born in Jackson County, she was a daughter of the late S. K. and Eva Dailey Franklin.  She was a life-long member of the Simpson United Methodist Church.   Survivors include two sons, Bert C. Stallings of Parkersburg and Rex. H. of Belleville, two brothers: John B. Franklin of Williamstown and Pearl W. of Belleville; four granddaughters, two great-grandchildren.   She was preceded in death in 1963 by her husband, J. H. Stallings.
