  <p>Information: Ruth Elizabeth DeLong Staats, 74, of Murraysville, died Friday, Dec. 26, in Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg, following a heart attack.  She was born in Meigs County, Ohio, a daughter of the late William and Laura Keys DeLong.  She was a Protestant and attended the Independent Fellowship Church, Ravenswood, and was a homemaker.  She is survived by her husband, Harley Staats; two daughters, Dorothy Dern of Lubeck and Violet Anderson of Ravenswood; three sons, Wayne Staats, Edwin Staats and Dana Staats, all of Murraysville; four brothers,  Stephen DeLong of Akron, Ohio, Charles DeLong of New Matamoras, Ohio, Everett DeLong of Ripley, and Homer DeLong of Stiversville, Ohio; and one half brother, Clarence DeLong of California; 14 grandchildren; and several step-grandchildren.  Services were Monday at the Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with the Rev. Allen Stewart officiating.  Burial wa in Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
