  <p>Information: STAATS FUNERAL HELD ON THURSDAY - Funeral services for Holly Wilmer Staats, 73-year old native of Sandyville, were held at Parkersburg on Thursday and burial was in the I.O.O.F. cemetery there.  Mr. Staats died at the St. Joseph&#39;s hospital on Tuesday after a long illness.  He was born April 23, 1889 at Sandyville, son of the late Adam and Mary Jane Timmons Staats, and was a member of the Copper Fork Methodist Church.  Mr. Staats was employed for many years by the Universal Glass......Company, retiring in 1956.  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Della Mae Bennett Staats; one daughter, Mrs. Ira Alexander, Vienna; eight sons, Robert, Lloyd and Blaine Staats, Vienna, Darrell and Orland Staats, Sandyville, Wade Staats, Boaz, Clayton Staats, Parkersburg, and Harold Staats, Belpre; 29 grandchildren.  One sister, Mrs. Ethel Laurendeane of Akron, Ohio, also survives.  He was preceded in death by four sisters and two brothers.</p>
