Information: PHYSICIAN'S WIDOW DIES SUDDENLY  Mrs. Helen Hovey Staats, 71, 121 North St., Ripley, died unexpectedly last Wednesday morning while vacationing in Florida with her family.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. E. Dwight Staats, on May 12.  Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Dottie Staats Kerns of Charleston and Mrs. Helen Staats Harris of Hays, Kan.; two sisters, Mrs. Kathleen Benedict of Parkersburg and Mrs. Corda Haynes of Williamstown; six grandchildren.  Funeral services were conducted Saturday, 2 p.m. at the Vail Funeral Home with the Rev. William Eaton officiating.  Burial was in Pine Hill Cemetery.
