Information: Mrs. Dollie Poling Staats, 80, of Charleston, died Sept. 9, 1990, in General Division, CAMC, after a long illness.  She was a retired seamstress for Superior Dry Cleaning. She was a Baptist, and a long-time resident of Charleston.  Surviving:  daughters, Zelma Higley of Cross Lanes, Yvonne Stone of Charleston; sisters, Hazel Poling of Charleston, Dessie Skeen of Ripley, Reva Scott of Parkersburg; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Bartlett-Burdette-Cox Funeral Home with the Rev. Orville Walker officiating.  Burial will be in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens.
