Information: Hal Beecher Springston, 64, a former resident of Ravenswood, died Thursday in Baltimore.  He was born in Jackson County, Aug. 7, 1896, and had lived in Baltimore for the past 16 years.  He was an employee of Bethlehem Steel Corp. in Baltimore.  Surviving him are his widow, Mrs. Katherine Springston; his mother, Mrs. Cora Lewellen Springston, Ravenswood; three step-daughters, Mrs. Robert Wood, Texas, Mrs. Homer Gandee and Mrs. Harold Fox, Ravenswood.  A sister, Mrs. Letha Bryan, Ravenswood, also survives.  Mr. Springston was a veteran of World War I.  Burial in Ravenswood Cemetery.
