  <p>Information: Former Jackson County Agricultural Agent, Norman K. Speicher, 86, of Ripley, died Dec. 29, 1993, at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley.  He was born in Accident, Md., a son of the late John and Camilla Keller Speicher.  He was a West Virginia University graduate and a former vo-ag teacher at Mill Creek High School in Randolph County and in Berkeley Springs.  He was an agricultural agent for Jackson County for 30 years and was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church.  Surviving are one son, Kenneth Speicher of Walkersville, Md.; one daughter, Elaine Belcher of Ripley; one brother, Mahlon Speicher of Morgantown; one sister, Irene Riffle of Morgantown; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.  Services were Saturday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Hubert Groves officiating.  Burial was in Jackson Memory Gardens, Cottageville.</p>
