Information: DIES AT CLAY - Edith Mae Speece of Meadowdale died at Clay Saturday.  Her death was sudden and at this time Sunday it is not known what caused the death, unless it was food poisoning.  The Prosecuting Attorney of Clay County had her stomach removed and a study is being made.      Miss Speece is the daughter of ____Speece at Meadowdale.  She had been working in a restaurant at Ravenswood and when a carnival left Ravenswood some 3 weeks ago, she left with it.  One of the carnival men is being held until the condition of her stomach is learned, it is said.
