  <p>Information: Michelle Winifred Spaulding, 48, of Cottageville, departed this life Sunday, October 14, 2007, at Cabell Huntington Hospital following an extended illness. She was born October 13, 1959, at Fort Campbell, KY, a daughter of Bobbie Jean and Jacqueline Mary Compton Spaulding of Cottageville. She was a registered nurse and, prior to her illness, had been employed at several health care facilities including CAMC Women&#39;s and Children&#39;s Hospital, Jackson General Hospital and Eldercare of Ripley. In addition to her parents, survivors include her son Stephen A. Wells of Cottageville; brother Harold Spaulding and wife Jennifer of Mooresville, NC; sisters Ivy Alexander and husband Ray, Pat Barnette and Tina McDade and husband Kenneth all of Cottageville; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.  Arrangements by Casto Funeral Home, Evans.      	 </p>
