Information: William Troy Southall, 63, of Point Pleasant, died Friday, August 14, 1987, at CAMC General Division after a long illness.  He was born December 27, 1923, son of the late Holly and Ruby Snider Southall.  He was employed by the West Virginia Department of Natural Resources for 37 years and was a U.S. Navy veteran.  He was a member of Ripley Odd Fellows Lodge.  Surviving:  brother, Forrest W. of Ripley; sisters, Beatrice Lee Southall of Ripley and Rose Marie Plegg of Parkersburg.  Services were Monday at Vail Funeral Home with Rev. William McMorran officiating.  Burial was in Fairplain Cemetery.
