  <p>Information: Romie D. Southall, 85, of Ripley, died April 21, 1990, at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after a long illness.  He was retired from True-Temper Co., Charleston, and was a member of Goshen Baptist Church.  Surviving:  wife, Orpha Fisher Southall; sons, Roy Delford of Sacramento, Calif., Donald of Ripley, Delmer of Mims, Fla., Darrell of Atlanta; daughter, Dora M. Haynes of Ripley; brothers, James of Charleston, Otho of Ripley, George of Kentuck; sister, Emma E. Hudson of Gandeeville; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.  Service was held Monday at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Orville Walker officiating.  Burial was in Paxton Cemetery, Kenna.</p>
