  <p>Information: RIPLEY - Phillip Larry Southall, 67, of Ripley, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, October 30, 2007, at his home.  He was born December 25, 1939, at Belgrove, a son of the late Filbert and Margie Skeens Southall.  He was a 1958 graduate of Ripley High School, served in Germany while enlisted in the U. S. Army and was a member of the Ripley Tabernacle Baptist Church.  Survivors include his daughter, Cynthia Randolph and husband, Brent, of Forest VA; grandson, Timothy Randolph; brothers, Charles Southall of Sun City AZ and Jimmy Southall of Tulloff LA; and sisters, Cora Jean Jividen of Columbus OH, Dawna Kelley of Blacklick OH and Helen Webb of Sod WV.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Lakin Southall.  Services will be held tomorrow, November 2, 2007, at 11 am at Ripley Tabernacle Baptist Church with Pastor Mike Elder officiating.  Burial will follow in Jackson County Memory Gardens, Cottageville, with military rites provided by the American Legion Post 107.  Friends may call today, November 1, 2007, from 6 to 8 pm at the church and one hour prior to the service at the church.  Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, is serving the family.  Online condolences may be sent to www.vailfh.com.</p>
