  <p>Information: Marjorie Elsie Southall, 76, of Mt. Alto, died Tuesday, Feb. 26, 1991, at Jackson General Hospital. She was born June 7, 1914, in Jackson County, a daughter of the late V. W. and Mary Jane Kiser Skeen.  She was a member of Mt. Alto Missionary Baptist Church.  Surviving:  husband, Filbert; sons, Phillip L. and Lakin W., Ripley. Charles A., Gahanna OH, James F., Louisana; daughters, Cora J. Jividen, Dawna Kelly, both of Columbus, OH, Helen M. Webb, Charleston; brothers, Benjamin Skeen, Winfield, Rev. Raymond Skeen, Evans; sisters, Marie Skeen, Evans, Mabel Gibson and Millie Spencer, both of Charleston, Mayme Hammack, Florida; 15 grandchildren; 8 step-grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, 1 p.m. at Vail Funeral Home with the Rev. Herb Capehart officiating.  Burial will be in Jackson Memory Gardens.  Friends may call after 4 p.m. Wednesday (today) at the funeral home.</p>
