  <p>Information: SPRINGVIEW, NE - Violet Virginia Snyder, 85, Springview, NE departed this world on October 8, 2011 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Kearney, NE.       Mrs. Snyder retired from the Jackson County Board of Education, was a member of the VFW Women&#39;s Auxiliary and United Methodist Church.       Surviving are her four sons, Roger Snyder and (Donna) of Lincolnton, NC, Gene Snyder and (Kim) of Ainsworth NE, Stephen Snyder and (Lynn)    of Scottsville, VA and Robert Snyder and (Maggie) of Springfield VA; two sisters, Isa Marie Francis and Donna Hubbert; 15 grandchildren and 7    great grandchildren.       She was preceded in death by her husband, Emerson Snyder; mother, Mildred Prince Tippens; father, Okey Tippens; two sisters, Lena Mae    Phillips and Helen Smith; and three brothers; James Tippens, William Tippens, and Okey ""Mac"" Tippens.       Funeral service is 1 p.m., Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at Roush Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with Gary Hughes, officiating.  Burial will    follow in the Ravenswood Cemetery.  Friends may visit the family at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 12 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.    time of service.  Condolences may be expressed to the family at roush94@yahoo.com, or on our website at www.joeroushfuneralhome.com.          </p>
