  <p>Information: Cecil Andrew Snyder Sr., 77, of Ravenswood, died April 15, 1989, in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, of an apparent heart attack.  He was an Army veteran of World War II.  He was a retired river boat dock guard and was a farmer.  Surviving:  sons, Cecil Jr. of New Brighton, Pa., Dallas Ray of Ravenswood; stepson, Charles Bates of Leetsdale, Pa.; step-daughter, Ernestine Bosley of Ravenswood; sisters, Bertha Bates of Wyoming and Florence Sams of Ravenswood; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.  Service was held Tuesday at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Darrell Johnson officiating.  Burial was in Ankrum Cemetery, near Millwood.</p>
