  <p>Information: Oliver ""Ollie"" Morris Smouse, 96, of Ravenswood, died October 20, at Jackson General Hospital.  He was born in Deer Park MD, February 8, 1899, the son of the late E. H. and Anna Elizabeth Murphy Smouse.  He was store manager of Southern States.  He was a former member of the St. Marks Lutheran Church in Oakland MD and Clarksburg WV.  He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Ravenswood.  He was a past president and member of the Ravenswood Lions Club and was a Rotarian in Clarksburg WV.  Surviving:  one son, Howard Smouse of Hinckley OH; three daughters, Elizabeth Murphy of Canton OH, Mary Lee Griffin of Bridgeport and Jean King of Deep Creek MD; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and one nephew. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lorena, in 1988; one brother and two sisters.  Service was 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 23, at Straight-Tucker & Roush Funeral Home with Dr. Dan A. Hogan presiding.  Burial was in Oakland Cemetery, Oakland MD.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church in Ravenswood.</p>
