Information: Funeral services for Walter Lewis Smith, 56, of Akron, O., who was pronounced dead on arrival Friday at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg, were held Tuesday at the Chambers Funeral Home in Ravenswood.  A. M. Gillespie, minister, officiated with burial in Ravenswood Cemetery.  A former resident of Ravenswood, Mr. Smith was a salesman and a veteran of World War II.  He was born at Pomeroy, O., son of the late Walter B. and Louie Patterson Smith.  Survivors include two sons, Bruce and Walter Lee Smith, both of New Haven; one daughter, Mrs. Gail Ohlinger of Pomeroy, O.; one brother, Carl Smith of Akron; one half-brother, Samuel McCoy of Parkersburg; four grandchildren.
