  <p>Information:      Vada Alice Parsons Smith, 82, of Dunbar, died Wednesday, May 20, 1992, at home after a long ilness.  She was born April 21, 1910, in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Arch A. and Cora B. Gibson Parsons.  She was a homemaker and a native of Jackson County.  She was a 34 year resident of Dunbar.  Surviving:  daughter, Mary B. Cavender of Charleston; brother, Richard Parsons of Kenna; sister, Wavy Shields of Ripley; four granddaughters, three great-grandchildren.  Service will be 11 a.m., Friday, at Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes, with the Rev. Scott Hall, officiating.  Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar. </p>
