  <p>Information: CROSSVILLE, TENN - Thelma Mae Parsons Smith, 68, of Crossville, formerly of Jackson County, W.Va., died Aug 17, 2001, in Crossville.  She was born Oct 26, 1932, in Putnam County, W. Va., a daughter of the late Londis and Ivy Parsons.  She was a homemaker, a member of the Methodist Church and a graduate of Sissonville High School.  She was preceded in death by brother, Lee Parsons. She is survived by husband, Donald Smith of Crossville, Tenn.; one son, Michael Smith of the state of Washington; one daughter, Deborah Craddock of the state of Washington; two sisters, Evelyn Warner and Ruby Bishop of Putnam County; two granddaughters, Nichole and Jillian Craddock of the state of Washington.  Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug 22, at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, W. Va.  Burial will be in Given Cemetery.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley.</p>
