Information: Sarah Ann Ables was born September 7, 1833, died October 2, 1916, aged 83 years and 25 days. She was married to Philip Landfried at the age of 22 years.  To this union were born ten children, eight sons and two daughters, seven of whom survive, Charles, George, James, John and Adam Landfried, Mrs. J. F. Carney and Mrs. A. W. Boice, the husband having died about 12 years ago. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Reeble.  Interment in the old Ripley cemetery.
