  <p>Information: Mary Ester Smith, 69, of Sandyville, died Saturday at her home after a long illness.  She was born in Leroy, a daughter of the late James and Minnie Leeper McVey.  She was a member of the Sandyville United Methodist Church.  She is survived by one son, Charles (Lee) Smith of Sandyville; six daughters, Myrtle Riggs, Leola Hess, and Cathy Miller, all of Sandyville, Betty Cochran of Palmetto, Fla., Reva Elliott of Bradenton, Fla., and Dottie Enoch of Ravenswood; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a son, Dwight Smith.  Services were Tuesday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. William Sullivan officiating.  Burial was in the Center Valley Cemetery, Peewee, W. Va.</p>
