  <p>Information: GOLDTOWN - Lillie E. Smith, 86, of Goldtown, died April 4, 1999, in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley.  She was a homemaker, a native of Racine and a member of Fisher Chapel United Methodist Church. Surviving: sons, Roy E. of Cincinnati, Denver Eugene of Hobart, Ind., Robert E. of Vancouver, Wash., Dayton R. of Gary, Ind., Thomas D. of Elkview, David P. of Goldtown; daughters, Dorothy E. Smith and Rachel M. Tillinghast, both of Ripley, Ruby S. Greer of Three Rivers, Texas; sisters, Ruby Casto of Dunbar, Violet Lanham of St. Albans, Virgie Monday of Charleston; 19 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Long & Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville, with the Rev. Walter Smith and the Rev. James Fisher officiating.  Burial will be in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Sissonville, Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.</p>
