  <p>Information: Icie T. Smith, 102, a resident of the West Virginia Masonic Home, Parkersburg, died Jan. 7, 1996, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg.  She was born at Linden, W. Va., a daughter of the late Charles H. and Mary Elizabeth Fields McGraw.  She was a 60-year member of the Chapter 17 Order of Eastern Star and was a homemaker.  Surviving are two sisters, Elsie Davis of Wheeling and Faye Fletcher of Ravenswood; a cousin, Ottie Lott of Parkersburg; and one niece, Margaret Kerr, of Clendenin.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin F. Smith; and 11 brothers and sisters.  Services are 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, Fairplain Cemetery, with the Rev. James B. Arbogast officiating.  Visitation for one hour prior at gravesite.</p>
