  <p>Information: Service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Barlow-Bonsall Funeral Home with the Rev. Keith Clarke and the Rev. Ford Price officiating.  Burial will be in Grass Lick Cemetery, Kenna.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christ Church United Methodist, Charleston.  Smith, 88, of Charleston, died Oct. 20, 1994, in General Division, CAMC, after a short illness.  He was a retired supervising engineer for Criss and Shaver Construction Co., Charleston.  He was a member of Christ Church United Methodist, a lifelong resident of Charleston and an Army veteran of World War II. He attended Berea (Ky.) College.  Surviving:  sisters, Alice Shinn of Ripley, Texie G. Smith of Charleston; nephew, James Patrick Shinn of Charleston.</p>
