Information: Martha M. Skinner died May 4, at Roane General Hospital.  She was born Jan. 1, 1918 to Holly D. and Purdy Ann Burdette McCrady.  Survivors:  one daughter, Charlotte Hubbard of Spencer; two sons, Vernon of Bel Air, Md., Hershel of Parkersburg; one sister, Pearlene Skinner of Gay; one half-sister, Irene Miller of Orrville, Ohio; three half-brothers, Holly McCrady, Jr. of Akron, Ohio, Ray McCrady of Ripley, Okey McCrady of Reedy; four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester C. Skinner, March 2, 1982. She was laid to rest May 6 at Parsons Cemetery, Gay.
