Information: Brida A. Skidmore, 66, of Parchment Valley Road, Jackson County, was killed about 9 a.m. while traveling north on Interstate 77 near Ripley, said Jackson County Deputy H. W. Wilson.  Witnesses told Wilson that a yellow Toyota pickup truck, with a West Virginia license, passed Skidmore and cut her off as it turned into her lane. Skidmore then lost control of her car.  The car went sideways across the road, flipped airborne over a guardrail and traveled about 70 feet before landing on its roof.  Wilson said Skidmore died of a broken neck.          Born November 17, 1925
