  <p>Information: Delmer Ray Skeens, 76, of Sissonville, died Sept. 20, 1994, in Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston, after a long illness.  He was a retired laborer for True Temper Corp. and a lifelong resident of the Charleston area.  Surviving:  wife, Carolyn Skeens of Parkersburg; sons, Darrell of Reedy, Roger Ray of Charleston, Robert Wayne of Cleveland, Ohio; daughters, Sue Henthorne of St. Albans, Deanna Pauley of Charleston, Vickie Chapman of Hurricane, Patty Jones of Campbells Creek; sister, Ruby Webb of Mentor, Ohio; brother, Romey of Charleston; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild.  Service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico, with the Rev. Bob Fields officiating.  Burial will be in Lanham Cemetery, Kenna.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cedar Ridge Health Care Center Activity Department, 302 Cedar Ridge Road, Sissonville, W. Va.  25320.</p>
