Information: Funeral services were held Monday at the Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, for Tom B. Skeen, 74. of Ripley, who died Saturday in a Mason County hospital following an extended illness.  The Rev. Orville Walker officiated with burial in the Skeen Cemetery, Kentuck.  A son of the late Harlan and Elizabeth (Fields) Skeen, he was a retired construction worker and was a veteran of WW II.  Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Ona O'Neil of Sandyville, Mrs. Elizabeth Lewis of Berrien Springs, Michigan, Mrs. Ethel Fisher of Ripley; one brother, Harvey Skeen of Sissonville; 16 grandchildren.   (McIntyre)
