  <p>Information: Sarah Elizabeth Skeen, 91, of Ripley, died at home Saturday, May 4.  She was the wife of the late Grover Skeen, who was a West Virginia Conservation Officer.  She was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church and in prior years was an active participant of the Kenna Homemakers Club.  She was a recipient of the Senior Volunteer Program Award for significant service to the community as a volunteer.  She was preceded in death by one son, Woodrow Skeen.  Surviving:  daughters, Mrs. Eva Chancey and Miss Virginia Skeen, both of Ripley; brothers, Audron Winter of Aplin Ridge and Dale Winter of Dunbar; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  Services were Tuesday at Calvary United Methodist Church with the Rev. Joe Hatcher officiating.  Burial was in Goshen Cemetery, Kenna (Kentuck).  Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, was in charge of arrangements.  (McIntyre)</p>
