  <p>Information:      Samuel Odell Skeen, 83, of Ripley, died March 6, 1994 at Jackson General Hospital, after a brief illness.   He was born September 21, 1910, in Kentuck, a son of the late Samuel and Margaret Garrett Skeen.  He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, having received the Purple Heart.  He was a laborer, a Christian and attended Salt Hill Church.   Surviving are his wife, Willadeen Parsons Skeen; one son, Samuel L. Skeen of Ripley; one niece; one nephew; two great-nieces; and two great-nephews.  Services 1 p.m., March 9, at Parsons Funeral Home with the Rev. Donald Hinzman officiating.  Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley.</p>
