  <p>Information: Robert H. Skeen, Sr., 60, of 1424 Main Ave., Nitro, was dead on arrival Thursday at Thomas Memorial Hospital apparently of a heart attack.  He was retired from E. I. DuPont at Belle, and a veteran of World War II.  He was a Baptist.  Surviving:  wife, Loretta; daughters, Mrs. Bonnie G. Talbert of Cumberland, Md., Mrs. Peggy Lynn McCrery of Richmond, Va.; son, Robert Jr. of Frazier Bottom; sisters, Mrs. Mildred Vicars of Cross Lanes, Mrs. Phyllis Gandee of St. Albans, Mrs. Maxine Summers of Charleston; brother, Joshua Skeen of Aiken, SC.  Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Casdorph-Curry Funeral Home, St. Albans, with the Rev. Denver Dickens officiating.  Entombment will be in Cunningham Memorial Park Mausoleum.  Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and after 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.</p>
