  <p>Information: KETUCK - Regina Elizabeth Skeen, 84, of Kentuck, died July 2, 1996, at the Caring Place, Ripley, after a long illness.  She was a retired schoolteacher in Jackson County and a member of the Ripley Baptist Temple of Ripley and a member of the Lee Mays Poetry Society.  Surviving:  sons, Kent Skeen of Ripley, Grant Skeen of Eagle Pass, Texas, Gary Skeen of Clarksburg; daughters, Geraldine Counts of St. Albans, Sandra Winters of Florence, Ky., Gale Carobillano of Hurricane, Tammy Hardman of Kentuck; sisters, Valeria Powers of Ripley, Mary Rawlings of Charleston; brothers, Reece Brotherton of Petersburg, W. Va., John Brotherton of Charleston, Neil Brotherton of Ripley; 23 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.  Private service will be 11 a.m. Friday at the Ripley Baptist Temple with the Rev. Mike Norris officiating.  Burial will be in Skeen Cemetery, Kentuck.  Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at Ripley Baptist Temple.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ripley Baptist Temple, 320 Charleston Drive, Ripley, W. Va. 25271.</p>
