  <p>Information: Ray N. Skeen, 78, of 1988 Kelmont Lane, Sissonville, died Friday, Dec. 8, 1989, at Thomas Memorial Hospital after a short illness.  He was born Dec. 12, 1910, a son of the late Romeo Dale and Martha Jane Rose Skeen Bradley.  He was a retired millwright with E. I. DuPont Co. with 37 years&#39; service.  He was a WWII Army veteran.  Surviving: wife, Erma Spencer Skeen; brothers, Jennings Bradley of Charleston and Russell Bradley of Kenna; sisters, Mrs. Norma Crane of Kenna and Mrs. Jean Recor of Seattle, WA.  Service was Monday at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Warren Staats officiating.  Burial was at the Pleasant View Cemetery, Fisher Ridge, Kenna.</p>
