  <p>Information: Ralph L. Skeen, 82, of Parkersburg, died Nov. 24, 1994, in the Camden Clark Hospital, Parkersburg, after a short illness.  He was born on September 26, 1912, in Jackson County.  He was owner and operator of Ralph&#39;s Auto Parts in Parkersburg. He was a member of the Church of God, Parkersburg.  He was the son of the late Herbert and Lillie Hamilton Skeen.  Surviving are his wife, Irene Dennison Skeen of Parkersburg; one son, Charles A. Skeen of Montgomery, Alabama; and one sister, Faye Koontz of Montgomery WV.  Graveside services were held Saturday in the Sutton Cemetery with the Rev. Thomas Propst officiating.  Greene-Robinson Funeral Home, Sutton, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
