  <p>Information: R. Glenn Skeen, 70, of Charleston, died Tuesday in Thomas Memorial Hospital after a short illness.  He was a native of Jackson County and was a 38-year resident of Charleston.  He was a retired employee of the Jackson County Board of Education as principal and teacher with 13 years&#39; service.  He was a veteran of World War II.  Surviving:  wife, Eleanor Howard Skeen; son, Roy Glenn Jr. of Hampton, Va.; daughters, Mary Beth Skeen, at home, Susan Skeen of Charleston, Mrs. Sarah Skeen of Huntington, Mrs. Rebecca Skeen Webb of Culloden; sisters, Mrs. Colleen Rose of St. Albans, Mrs. Mae Chancey of Ripley, Mrs. Mildred Boykin of Center Line, Mich., Mrs. Allene Cummings of Ripley; brother, Denzil of Whitley City, Ky.; two grandchildren.  Service was Friday in Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Charleston, with the Rev. LeRoy Kenney and C. E. Goodwin officiating.  Burial was in Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston.</p>
