  <p>Information: Norman Edward Skeen, 65, of Manchester, Ohio, died April 20, 1989, in the Adams County Hospital, West Union, Ohio.  He was the son of the late Robert and Esther Skeen of Kenna.  Surviving:  wife, Clara Skeen of Manchester, Ohio; sons, Bobby Skeen of Cottageville, Billy Skeen of Bluefield, Va., Thomas ""Eddy"" Skeen of Montebella, Calif.; daughters, Lola Braden of Jacksonville, Fla., Debra Scruggs of Creston, Ohio; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three stepchildren, Harry and A. U. Harris of Manchester, Ohio, and Patricia Reed of Brooksville, Ky; two step-grandchildren; brother, Normal Skeen of Wellington, Ohio; sisters, Lorain Smith of Charleston, Lilly Jean Kaise of Charleston, Virginia Ferguson of Cleveland, Ohio, Nettie Piorkowsk of Brookparp, Ohio, Leonra DeWees of Seffner, Fla., Freda Componeti of Whittier, Calif.  Services were held Sunday, April 23, 1989, at the Lafferty Funeral Home, West Union, Ohio.  Burial was at the Manchester Cemetery, Manchester, Ohio.</p>
