  <p>Information:      KENNA - Mamie Bell Parsons Skeen, 72, of Kenna, died Sunday, June 8, 1997 at Cedar Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center following a long illness.         She was born January 17, 1925 at Kenna, a daughter of Ethel Vannoy Parsons and the late Roscoe L. Parsons.         She was a housewife, retired from the Jackson County Board of Education and a christian.         In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband; Herman D. Skeen, son; Dallas W. Skeen of Kenna, three sisters; Monnie Landis of Ripley, Mildred Hunt of Columbus, Ohio and Juanita Skeen of Vienna.  Also survived by 7 nieces and nephews.         In addition to her father she was preceded in death by one sister; Gladys Jordan, one brother; Dale Parsons and one niece; Angela Jordan.         Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, with Rev. Hubert Groves officiating.  Friends may call Tuesday 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial donations go to the American Cancer Society.</p>
