Information: Mrs. Lillie R. Skeen, 77, of Route 1, Given, died Friday at the St. Francis Hospital in Charleston following an extended illness.  Mrs. Skeen was born at Kenna, a daughter of the late William R. and Mary Ann Young Phillips.  She was a member of the Grasslick Baptist Church at Kenna and was a former employee of the Cedar Lakes Greenhouse.      Surviving are her husband, Oscar; one son, Carroll Skeen of Given; one daughter, Mrs. Ruth Ann Casto of Given; a half-brother, Joe Phillips of Red House; a foster brother, Wallace Stover of Given; a sister, Dorothy Newcomer of South Charleston; a foster sister, Mrs. Irene Belcher of Charleston; and three grandchildren.  Services were held Monday in the Parsons Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. Rankin Roach and the Rev. Paul W. Patton officiating.  Burial was in the Emma Chapel Cemetery.
