  <p>Information:      FORMER CLERK&#39;S WIFE IS CLAIMED--Lillie Margaret Skeen, 83, of Ripley died Tuesday, February 27, 1973 at the Ravenswood Rest Home in Ravenswood, W.Va., after a long illness.          Mrs. Skeen was born April 4, 1889 at Advent in Jackson County, the daughter of the late Joseph P. Hamon and Arena Siders Hamon.  Her husband, Herbert Skeen, preceded her in death.            She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church in Ripley and was a charter member of the Rebekah Lodge Number 19 in Ripley.          She is survived by one son, Ralph L. Skeen of Parkersburg; two daughters, Mrs. Inez Morris of Tampa, Florida and Mrs. Faye Koontz of Ripley; two brothers, Gay Hamon of Melbourne, Florida and Glen Hamon of Ripley; two sisters, Mrs. Hattie Jordan of Ripley and Mrs. Iva Parsons of Pocatalico.           Parsons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements which are incomplete.              NOTE:  In 1954 Mrs. Skeen was appointed Circuit Clerk to complete the term of her late husband, Herbert Skeen.  She is buried in Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley, WV.  </p>
