  <p>Information:           Kermit Dalphus Skeen, 73, of Route 3, Kenna, died Wednesday, Nov. 16, 1988, in Jackson General Hospital, following a short illness.  He was born Sept. 3, 1915, in Jackson County, a son of the late Otho and Melissa Godbey Skeen.  He retired from Libby Owens Glass plant in Kanawha City and was a member, founder and builder of the Goodwill Community Church, Kenna.  He is survived by his wife, Pearl Redman Skeen; one stepson, Veldra Parsons of Parkersburg; one stepdaughter, Velma ""Ilene"" Skeen of Ripley; one brother, Herman D. Skeen of Kenna; one sister, Helen Justine Koontz of Kenna; five step-grandchildren.  Service was held Saturday at the Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley. with the Rev. Clyde Syner and the Rev. Don Hinzman officiating.  Burial was in Goshen Cemetery, Kentuck.</p>
